Terms and Agreement
1. Booking and Payment
By booking a package, you agree to pay the full rental amount, plus any applicable fees.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A 100% refund is available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Within 24 hours of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
Once the rental package has been delivered, no refund will be given, even if you request an early pickup.
3. Damage Deposit
A damage deposit will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the package has been returned and inspected for damage.
If the damage or loss exceeds the deposit, you will be charged the additional amount required to repair or replace the package, with written notice sent via email.
You agree to maintain the rental in its original condition and return it properly packaged to avoid any damages. Any missing items or damages that occur during your rental period will be deducted from your deposit.
4. Responsibility for Safe Use
Renters are responsible for using the packages safely.
Adventure Ready Rentals is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use.
By renting a package, you acknowledge that you are using the equipment at your own risk and agree to hold Adventure Ready Rentals harmless from any liability.
5. Return & Pickup Requirements
All items must be returned in the same condition and packed properly as they were delivered.
Rental packages must be available for pickup at the scheduled time. If the package is not available for pickup within 4 hours after the scheduled time, and no extension has been requested, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.
After 24 hours past the scheduled pickup time, if the package is still unreturned and no contact has been made, it will be considered lost, and the renter will be charged the full replacement cost.
6. Responsibility for Local Laws
The renter agrees to use the rental packages in accordance with local laws, including any rental restrictions or ordinances in the area. Adventure Ready Rentals will not be responsible for any violations of such laws.
7. Communication and Reports
The renter is responsible for reporting any damages, missing pieces, or issues with the rental package within 24 hours of receipt.
Failure to report any issues may result in the renter being held responsible for any damages or missing items upon return.
8. Force Majeure
If the rental cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, road closures, or other emergencies), a full refund will be issued.
If pickup is not possible due to similar reasons, you will not be penalized for late pickup.
9. Age Restriction
Renters must be at least 18 years of age to rent packages.
10. House Rules
The use of the rental packages must not conflict with the rental property's house rules. Renters are responsible for adhering to all applicable house rules while using the packages.
11. Communication & Text Messaging Consent
By renting a package, you agree to receive text messages from Adventure Ready Rentals regarding your rental, including but not limited to delivery updates, pickup instructions, and reminders.
Our messages will be sent from a registered number in compliance with FCC regulations and will only pertain to your rental transaction.
Standard messaging rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
If you wish to opt out of text messages, please notify us at the time of booking. However, opting out may limit our ability to provide timely rental updates.
12. SMS Privacy Policy
Adventure Ready Rentals may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows:
- Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
- Additional Disclosures:
- Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy.
- Opt-In Data Protection: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
